A major criterion for the efficient production of high quality plastic parts is their precise shape – and this depends on the mould itself. We have been deeply involved in this field of work for over 20 years. During this time, we have earned an excellent reputation through many good ideas and our high degree of quality awareness. Our competent engineers and technicians combined with up-to-date technology ensure the best results. Our Mouldmaking division produces moulds measuring up to 496 × 496 mm with tolerances in the micron range. These precision moulds are used in customer or our own production facilities.

We possess very specific know-how in insert and outsert techniques and we develop and produce high-end moulds for the reel-to-reel process. We produce all the parts for this complex technology in-house.
